An exciting waterfall playground in an exclusive valley. Enjoy a visit to the historic plantation town of Pa’ia, now a funky, laid-back surf community. Visit colorful storefronts housing boutiques, art galleries, and souvenir shops offering one-of-a-kind treasures. Then head to Ho’olawa Valley along Maui’s famous Hana Highway, where you’ll take a 1.5-mile hike to refreshing waterfalls in a lush rainforest, swim in freshwater pools (optional), and jump from rock ledges into the pools below. You’ll enjoy a picnic lunch at one of the picturesque waterfall areas. Along the way, you’ll learn fascinating facts about Maui and Hawai’i from your entertaining and knowledgeable naturalist guide. Before returning to your resort, you’ll visit world-famous Ho’okipa Beach Park, where some of the best waves in Hawai’i and frequently green Hawaiian sea turtles (honu) are found.
